The templates and the designed produced from the templates remain solely the property of iPinnacle Design Limited. At no time may they be reproduced without the written consent of iPinnacle Design Limited.
iPinnacle Design reserves the right to decline the creation of a web site using the Online Gallery designs when it deems the material to be used inappropriate.
iPinnacle also reserves to right to withdraw its provision to keep the sites updated at any time.
Payment for a site is required before the new design can go live on the Internet. In the interim, clients can proof their new site on the iPinnacle server until the designs have been approved and payment made.

Terms and conditions of hosting with Fantastic Internet:

Fantastic Internet is a service by UK Fantastic Ltd. Fantastic Internet provides World Wide Web page hosting and email. Fantastic Internet reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Fantastic Internet when Fantastic Internet decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise. SERVER USE Fantastic Internet reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone. Fantastic Internet does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers: Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any regulation. Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Fantastic Internet. Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material. USAGE Bandwidth usage: Fantastic Internet offers high data transfer of up to 2,000mb per month per account. In rare cases, Fantastic Internet may find a customer to be surpassing this limit and using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardise server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Fantastic Internet reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers. HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilisation. Fantastic Internet may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website is found to be surpassing 2,000mb of data transfer per month on a single account and monopolising the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, Fantastic Internet reserves the right to terminate the account giving one week’s notice. The High Resource User Policy also refers to other parts of the servers, including mail and ftp, plus the use of processor time. PAYMENT POLICIES All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of prepayment. Fantastic Internet reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due each anniversary month, year or period following the date the account was established (depending on account opened). If for any reason the payment does not arrive in time, the account is subject to suspension. Any account not brought current within a week of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Fantastic Internet in writing for a request for termination of services. All payment is in the currency chosen at the time of order. The customer is also liable for the NIC fees on domains and will be invoiced accordingly. CANCELLATION Fantastic Internet reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and paid by Fantastic Internet if Fantastic Internet institutes its right of cancellation. If cancellation is caused by customer’s violation of these policies, then no refund is due. Customers can cancel service any time and be refunded any amount exceeding the prepayment of the current month. The account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, unless a date of cancellation is specified. INDEMNIFICATION Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Fantastic Internet harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Fantastic Internet, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fantastic Internet against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Fantastic Internet's servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement; (4) any defective products sold to customer from Fantastic Internet's servers, and (5) any statements made within information or pictures held on our servers that may be seen as unsuitable, defamatory or libelous in any way. DISCLAIMER Fantastic Internet will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Fantastic Internet makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Fantastic Internet disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Fantastic Internet and its employees. Fantastic Internet reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
